Our success is a credit to our friendly, experienced, and helpful staff. All of our staff are fully Garda vetted and in receipt of a Childcare Qualification. Some staff members also hold a four year degree in Early Childhood Education. Staff training includes First Aid, Child Protection, and manual handling and all staff members attend courses, on a regular basis, to stay up to date on their qualifications and child-care regulations.
We operate on a key-worker system so that parents can have the comfort of knowing their child is looked after by the same member of staff who can report, daily, on their child’s progress.
Claremount Creche & Montessori is inspected regularly by the HSE Western Health Board and has full accreditation with the St. Nicholas Montessori School.
We comply with all statutory regulations and requirements and operate an open door policy for inspection by the relevant health, fire, safety, educational and professional bodies who regulate the industry. We also comply with the Child Care Pre-School Services Regulations, 2006.
